Deep cleaning
$45–$60 per cleaner/hour
Extra attention to trim, bathrooms, kitchens, window tracks, and accessible surfaces. Labor hours and number of cleaners affect the estimate.
Move-in / move-out
$150–$1,000+ per property
Studio/1 bed $150–$275; 2 beds $250–$450; 3 beds $350–$650; 4+ beds $500–$1,000+. Inside cabinets and appliances require confirmation.
Post-construction
$0.20–$0.40 per sq. ft.
New builds, renovations, and turnovers. Heavy dust, paint residue, debris, or multiple cleaning phases may cost more.

Your cleaning is tailored to the service you request and the needs of your space. Maintenance, deep, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleaning have different scopes.

02 How to prepare your home
Personal belongings are cleaned around. Excessive clutter can limit access. Furniture over 10 lbs is not moved, and deep cleaning may be recommended. Please discuss access, cancellation, and any special requirements with us before your appointment.
03 Add-ons & expectations
Have a particular area that needs extra attention? Include it in your quote request. Optional tasks and additional labor depend on the requested service and the condition of the space.
Any add-on services and associated charges should be confirmed before your appointment.
04 Policies & FAQs
Cancellation, lockout, access, and weekend appointment policies may apply. Weekend appointments carry an additional $25 fee as listed in the service information.

I am a young mom of two amazing boys, an only child, and a hardworking woman who believes in independence, dedication, and building something meaningful from the ground up.
Before starting MADDLOVE Cleaning Services, I spent years serving and bartending. Those experiences taught me the importance of hard work, customer service, attention to detail, and treating people with kindness and respect.
Cleaning has always been more than just a job to me—it is a form of therapy. When I clean, I can focus on creating a fresh, comfortable space for someone else while giving my mind a break from life’s everyday challenges.
As a mother, there are certainly days when life feels overwhelming. Raising two boys while running a business is not always easy, but my love for my family, my clients, and this business keeps me moving forward every day.
